The family of Ayame is a group of ninjas that travel the world disguised as a traveling troupe in search for the Sutoun to their lord.

In the anime series, both Ayame's grandmother and her younger sister are replaced by her grandfather and her cross-dressing older brother Kikonojo (voiced by Damon D' Olivera) and their mission is to get Edward Falcon's Power Stone.
